Tuxedo Review: The New ‘Allure Men’ Tuxedo Line by Jean Yves

Tuxedo Review: The New 'Allure Men' Tuxedo Line by Jean Yves

The bridal industry and the men’s formal wear industry have finally joined forces!  Allure Bridals and Jean Yves Formalwear have partnered together to create a new line of rental wedding tuxedos, aptly named “Allure Men by Jean Yves” and it’s Available to Rent Now!

The line features Black, Steel Grey, and Tan Tuxedos, which are all identical in design except for Tan which doesn’t use any satin.  These ‘Allure Men’ Tuxedos are already drawing some real interest and are expected to be crowd favorites.  And because we are dedicated to providing you with the widest selection of the latest and greatest, Paul Morrell is the exclusive nationwide wholesaler for this groundbreaking new line!  We’re pretty excited.

Initially we were blown away by the high quality photography, but when we got our hands on the real thing we were equally impressed with these excellently made garments that held up to even our incredibly high stylistic expectations.  Instead of just telling you about them, we want to show you what we saw — how we saw it.  So we photographed them ourselves to show you these coats like we’ve seen them.  Our shots aren’t professional, but that’s kind of the point.

Below we’ve listed some professional shots, some unprofessional formal shots, and some downright informal shots of these incredible wedding tuxedos to help round out your perception of them.  The informal shots are not meant to promote how informally you can wear the coats, but rather to help highlight the coats against an everyday background.  Think of this as “Allure Men by Jean Yves: Unplugged.”

The ‘Allure Men’ tuxedo line was made with the wedding market in mind every step of the way.  Because of this, these finely crafted tuxedos were made in three very wedding-centric colors.  Black is obviously the preferred choice for formal weddings and weddings that take place after 6:00 pm.  As you can clearly see above, the Black ‘Allure Men’ Tuxedo magically manages to look new, fresh, timeless, suave and classic all at once.  It also matches the Black ‘Twilight’ Tuxedo and matching accessories, making it a great option for a “Groomsmen in one/Groom in the other” wedding party combo!

Below are our Form and Informal shots.  Please note that the fabrics may take on slightly different shades depending on lighting conditions.  A few special features to notice on each are the lapels and thin trim, the side vents, and the overall attention to detail.  Click on the images to see larger.

You can’t have a brand new groundbreaking line of wedding tuxedos without making one of them grey.  You  just can’t.  It’s inconceivable. Grey tuxedos have been building in popularity among daytime weddings for years, and today many a savvy wedding party considers them the only obvious choice.  That fact made Allure Bridals and Jean Yves job very difficult.  They needed a grey tuxedo that could make waves in a pool full of other amazing grey tuxedos already.  As you can clearly see above and below, they hit the nail on the head.

The Steel Grey ‘Allure Men’ Tuxedo also matches the Steel Grey ‘Twilight’ Tuxedo, again making the two styles a perfect Groomsmen-Groom combo look.  Life is full of varying shades of grey, but once you’ve worn steel grey, you might not care about the others at all.  Click on the images to see larger.

And last but certainly not least is the Tan ‘Allure Men’ Tuxedo which was created to meet the specific needs of the substantial and growing number of brides and grooms who want to say their vows on a beach.  Destination weddings have really grown in popularity as people are starting to realize that sun, sand, tide and tuxedos can all work together nicely.  It does help though to have a tuxedo versatile enough to be whatever level of formal is called for, and the Tan ‘Allure Men’ Tuxedo is just that.  Buttoned up and bow tie or button down and cuffs rolled up, this tuxedo has you covered.  Also, it matches perfectly the Tan ‘Rapture’ Destination Suit, making these two styles yet another excellent Groom/Groomsmen combo.  All together, it’s a wonderful formal option for any lifelong journey that begins with the destination.  Click on the pictures to see larger.
